CHARYBHIS
Nothing Gold Can Stay
The imagery that concerns me is of the Earth from space and of deep space, and because I work in encaustic, which uses thermal energy and air currents, and is constantly changing from a liquid to a solid state (with each chemical particulates in pigments behaving differently), I use the same forces that shaped the planet and the cosmos. Consequently my paintings are acts of co-creation, rather than of representation or non-objective work. - See more

Currently, my art explores a world in which natural forces flow in organic and dynamic ways to produce poetry of ever-changing organic forms, lights, colors, and interactions .
